My name is Valerie and I am the owner of SwoL Physique. I have been active in fitness, seems like forever. I am an avid runner and I try my best to get in the gym regularly. I developed this line of clothing because I was tired of the high prices of fitness apparel, especially for women. On the men's side, no longer are the days of loud colors and parachute pants for the big gym rats. Our clothing line, both men and women, are comfortable for everyday use and breathes easily while working out.
